I received my ChristianFit box yesterday, and I love it. It is packed with workout food drinks, and snacks, a special resistance bands, as well as a daily Scripture reading and prayer. If you are just getting started with a fitness program for the new year, the box also contains a workout guide.
This is a great concept. I give it five stars and I highly recommend ChristianFit.
